The chapter and chorus meet  every Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m. at the First Methodist Church the corner of Poyntz and  6th Street, Manhattan, Kansas.

   These thirteen men and three of their wives enjoyed an evening learning about barbershop harmony and harmonizing with the Chorus at the Open House/Guest Night, May 15.  The wives were entertained by The Charades quartet and heard their men sing with the chorus.  Bill Hanson was the master of the evening greeting the guests upon their arrival.  The evening closed with guests and members visiting with each other while enjoying cookies and sandwiches provided by chapter ladies.

Open House/Guest Night Spring 2008

    Wow guys, Summer Church Performances are right around the corner!!  15 June, 29 June and 13 July will all be here before you know it! 

   I have received sheets for 5 churches in Manhattan for the 15^th of June and 4 for the 29^th of June!   So far I only have one Church on the agenda for our out of town performance on the 13^th of July!   Please get me the out of town sheets as soon as you can to facilitate a schedule!  

   After our monthly board meeting we should have a time and place for the annual picnic after our 13 July performances!   I hope to see many of you on the 15^th of June!!  We’ll have a schedule for you all at chapter meeting on the 12^th!  ♪
